I do not collect personal information from visitors to this site beyond what Substack collects as part of its standard newsletter subscription service (email address, name if provided). Please review Substack's Privacy Policy for details on how Substack handles subscriber data.

I use the Instagram Graph API and TikTok API to retrieve publicly visible comments posted on my own social media content. This data is used solely for internal audience research and content strategy. I do not store, sell, share, or redistribute individual user data from these platforms. Comment text is analyzed in aggregate to identify themes and inform content creation.
